In such a situation, have good knowledge of the structure, reactions and properties of organic compounds. NEET UG 2023 Organic Chemistry syllabus involves the student to study the preparation and reactions of hydrocarbons- alkanes, alkenes, alkynes and aromatic hydrocarbons.
Among the organic compounds containing oxygen and nitrogen, carbonyl compounds, carboxylic acids, ethers, phenols, alcohols and amines are important topics. It is important to understand the structure and role of biomolecules such as carbohydrates, proteins and nucleic acids along with studying the classification and reactions of polymerization.
