The minimum marks required for MBBS admission depend on the category of students.
- For unreserved category students, the minimum cut-off percentile is 50%.
- For SC/ST or Physically disabled students, the cut-off percentile is 40%.
To get an idea of the required marks for MBBS in NEET, we can refer to the previous year’s cut-off.
In NEET 2023, the MBBS cut-off score was 720-137, with a cut-off percentile of 50%.
For the EWS/PH/UR category, the cut-off score was 136-121, with a percentile of 45%.
For the OBC category, the cut-off score was 136-107, with a cut-off percentile of 40%.
